Perfect, A Poem Inspired by "Perfect" by Pink

Made a wrong turn once or twice

Dug my way out blood and fire.

Bad choices, that's all right.

Welcome to my silly life.

Mistreated.

Underestimated.

Taken advantage of.

Lost lots of friends and sanity and lots of broken vanities.

Just feeling like a big  fat manatee.

This didn't slow me down.

It is going to help me rise above the ground.

You may hear a loud sound from far around.

This will be the comeback coming down.

Never feeling perfect, always feel worthless, but look I'm still around!

Pretty, pretty please.

Don't you ever ever ever feel less than perfect. You're not worthless. You don't belong in a circus.

If you're tired of always being in the fire,

feeling dominated by liars,

go get your brand new tires, and show off your new happiness and desire,

you can even thrive in the line of fire,

wear your vest and you'll be slier and higher and have a much bigger desire to keep going in the line of fire.

Broken hearts and breaking,

it just seems like your depression is your blanket that you're wrapped in,

don't get comfy don't get warm,

they're much more comfy blankets in the closet.

You're so mean when you about yourself, change your voices you were wrong.

You are strong! And even much better than Donkey Kong!
